It depends largely on how you set up your AdSense account and where you place the ads. You have control over where they’re placed and how many show up on your respective website pages. So no, if you take care to respect your visitor and not barrage them with ads, it won’t bother your customers.

AdSense also makes it possible for you to add value to your website and make money. With features like AdSense Search you can install a search function so visitors can search your site or the web. Ads pop up relevant to their search. If they click, you get paid.

Set It and Forget It

Once you get your AdSense account set up like you want it to be, you literally don’t have to do anything except cash your paycheck. It’s that easy.

Whether you have one website or many, consider adding AdSense to your site. It’s a great way to earn some extra money. And you’ll be adding a bit of value for your customers too.
